Valentine Residence

This 8,000 s.f. French Country style residence is located in Newport Beach, CA. The rear balcony captures a breath taking view of Newport Harbor from high atop Spyglass Hill.
Mr. Funch designed this residence with copper trimmed arched, French windows inset in a old world slate covered mansard roof.  The hand shaped concrete balustrade at the balcony and artistic iron gate make the courtyard design truly unique.
