The design of this upscale housing community was predicated upon the reuse of the basic designs at three separate sites and the desire of the community to have different aesthetic styles, including color, textures, trim, etc.

Single-story townhouses and walk-up flats are integrated into buildings with attached one and two car garages. Multi-colored plaster and concrete roof tiles were utilized to ensure low maintenance.

The interior features included nine foot ceiling heights, laundry rooms, computer centers, compartmentalized bathrooms, walk-in closets and multiple bedroom suites.

Balconies and enclosed patios with exterior storage closets are featured off the living-dining areas for indoor, outdoor activities. Fireplace and entertainment alcoves are integrated into feature walls for enhanced living opportunities.
