FBFCO is a Design and CADD Consulting and training company started by Fred Funch in 1984, providing design/planning services in 44 states & 9 countries.
FBFCO has produced designs of unique buildings and custom homes nationally and internationally for more than 48 years. Catering to the most discerning of clients, they have designed more than 2,000 Commercial / Governmental / Industrial buildings and more than 400 custom residences in such exclusive California areas as Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Newport Beach, Palm Springs, El Dorado Hills, Los Altos Hills, Sausalito, etc.. Additionally they have designed structures in many other cites in the U.S. and outside the U.S. including Canada, Mexico, the U.K., Europe the Middle East and Japan.
The company has been a pioneer of solar design, B.I.M. and sustainability dating back to the mid 70’s.
FBFCO has utilized Computer Aided Design and Drafting in Architecture and related trades since 1976. The founder, F.B. Funch has had hands on experience with many different systems and is considered to be one of the most knowledgeable users and trainers in the business.

As a seasoned urban planner Mr. Funch has extensive knowledge of land use investigation, master planning, site planning and the mapping of more than 100,000 acres of previously undeveloped property throughout the United States.
