Individual duplex with garages are recessed into residential structure to minimize snow accumulation in driveways from roof above.

DESIGN-BUILD, 84 Units

The 84 Unit Duplex Housing Project replaced an old mobile home park. The site design parameters required the connecting loop road and cul-de-sac not to interfere with an extensive playground, family activity center, and aircraft museum immediately to the south. The homes were designed with large arctic rooms since families spend 4 to 5 winter months indoors because of extreme cold and wind.
