The Renaissance Tower Building, Developed by Mr. Benvenuti was the first structure built in Sacramento to reach more than 20 stories, Sacramento, CA.
- The “highest view” in the city is on the 27th floor.
- First building in Sacramento supported by 170-ton piles.
- The Renaissance main lobby design is a relief image of a river canyon made of marble and stone.
- The first six levels of the building is a parkade topped with 21 office floors.
- Tallest building in Sacramento when completed.
